With our aluminum sheet and coil supply, we serve many sectors, especially the construction, automotive, white goods, defense industry and technology sectors.

1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 8XXX series alloys can be cast up to 1600 mm width.

Flat and slatted products are rolled up to 1600 mm width.

Our slatted products are of three types;

Classic 5 bar slat
Diamond slat
Duet slat

Our products can be rolled with automatic thickness control in the final thickness range of 6.00 mm – 0.18 mm in line with customer demands. The pressing force in our cold rolling mill is 1800 tons.

Depending on the area of ​​use of the final product, recrystallization, recovery and homogenization anneals are performed. As a result of homogeneous annealing, deep-drawable products can be produced.

Classic embossing or diamond embossing patterns can be applied to products with a thickness of 0.30 mm – 1.75 mm and a width of up to 1500 mm, depending on the customer’s request.

The surface can be completely oil-free, slightly oiled or oiled, depending on the customer’s request.

Thin Slitting

Products with a thickness between 0.18 mm – 1.50 mm can be slit up to 20 mm wide.

Thick Slitting

Rolls with a thickness between 1.00 mm – 6.00 mm can be slit up to 200 mm wide. Foil can also be coated depending on the customer’s request.

Aluminum in roll form can be cut up to 6000 mm long by passing through the leveling group rollers in our length cutting machine in line with customer requests. Foil-coated or paper-in-between sheet plate cutting is done according to the customer’s request.

With our test devices such as spectrometer, tensile tester, sample heat treatment furnace, viscosity device, the production process is controlled from the melting of the raw material to the packaging stage. Our products comply with AA, EN and ASTM norms.

Packaging is done with waterproof wooden pallets in accordance with international packaging standards. All our packages have a test certificate.
