In order to provide you with better service and within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications and relevant secondary legislation, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant secondary legislation, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and relevant legislation; it requests your personal data that will enable it to fulfill its aforementioned purposes and legal obligations. This personal data is used for the provision of products and services offered by our company, sales and execution of contracts, marketing, promotion and planning, monitoring and development of after-sales support services processes, providing and offering you various advantages and designing and/or executing advertising, promotion, sales, marketing, event management, information, promotion, campaign notification, customer relations management, loyalty program, membership process processes that are suitable for you personally, designing and/or executing advertising and/or promotion and/or marketing activities in digital and/or other media, corporate communication activities, customer relations management processes, surveys and customer satisfaction researches and providing services within this scope, ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons who have a business relationship with our Company, for job applications and human resources practices, and providing services within this scope, provided that they are kept in accordance with the law and rules of honesty, accurate and up-to-date when necessary, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured and for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. Personal data is processed within the framework of the conditions and purposes of processing specified in Articles 5 and 6.

3. To Whom and for What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred:

Personal data belonging to customers may be shared with real persons or private legal entities, our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including the performance of the necessary studies by the business units to benefit from the products and services offered by KALIPSAN ALÜMİNYUM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. and the planning and execution of commercial and/or business strategies.

g) to object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,

ğ) to request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

According to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may submit your requests regarding your personal data together with information/documents proving your identity;

– You can send a written petition to our company address to the attention of the Human Resources department,

– You can send an e-mail from your KEP address to the Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address registered on our company’s website,

– You can send an e-mail to kvkk@kalipsanaluminyum.com using a secure electronic signature or from your e-mail address that you have notified to our company and registered in our system. Your application must be made in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 titled “Application Procedure” of the “Communiqué on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller”. Your application will be evaluated by our company and finalized free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest depending on the nature of your request; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. A response will be provided.

6. Measures Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

The protection of personal data is a valuable issue for KALIPSAN ALÜMİNYUM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. 9. Changes to Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Disclosure Text
