Classic embossing or diamond-patterned embossing patterns can be applied to products with a thickness of 0.30 mm – 1.75 mm and a width of 1500 mm according to customer request.

The surface can be completely oil-free, low-oil or oily according to customer request.

Thin Slitting

Products with a thickness between 0.18 mm – 1.50 mm can be slit up to 20 mm width.

Thick Slitting

Rolls with a thickness between 1.00 mm – 6.00 mm can be slit up to 200 mm width. Foil can also be coated depending on customer request.

In our aluminum roll-formed length cutting machine, sheet metal up to 6000 mm in length can be cut by passing through the leveling group rollers in line with customer demands. Foil-coated or interleaved sheet metal cutting is done according to the request of our customers.

The production process is controlled from the melting of the raw material to the packaging stage with our test devices such as spectrometer, tensile tester, sample heat treatment furnace, viscosity device. Our products comply with AA, EN and ASTM norms.

Packaging is done with waterproof wooden pallets in accordance with international packaging standards. All our packages have a test certificate.
